We’re excited to be hiring an experienced and passionate Product / UI Designer to join our team. Supported by leading private and institutional investors, we have recently raised capital to capitalise on the exponential growth of digital healthcare over the coming years. We are looking for a passionate Product / UI Designer to join our product & engineering team. You will work as part of a wider cross-functional team, contributing to the rapid iteration of designs for both internal and external products and clients.

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Writing design specifications for the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, business stakeholders)
• Evolve our existing design pattern library
• Assist the preparation of on-brand presentations, website updates and graphical displays

• Self starter with the ability to work stand alone and within a team environment
• Comfortable working with multiple teams (and products) in parallel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrable commitment to learning / keeping up to date with latest developments such as AI
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design for Interactive Media, or significant (additional) equivalent experience
• 4+ year industry experience
• Expert level of proficiency in Figma or similar
• Experience working / multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Experience understanding, documenting and developing user journeys to inform product design decisions
• Strong Visual Design skills, with knowledge of the latest UI patterns
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
