We are seeking a talented and motivated iOS Developer to join our dynamic team. You will join a healthcare technology team building Native and Hybrid Applications, working on an award-winning platform that has millions of users. This role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS devices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Swift and Objective-C programming languages, as well as a solid understanding of iOS application development best practices. Our Engineering team is based all over the EU and have been remote first since 2016.

• Design and build advanced healthcare applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead our iOS strategy and further develop our integrations with HealthKit and integrations with other healthcare systems.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Improve our application performance via refactoring and bugfixing.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD to maximise automation and reduce effort to test.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
• Proven working experience in Agile software development on large scale iOS applications (100,000+ users)
• At least 4+years commercial experience working with iOS applications.
• Published apps in the iOS store
• Experience with Objective-C, Swift, SwiftUI and Cocoa Touch
• Experience with WKWebView and using SSO (like OAUTH)
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Bonus if you have experience with or use:

• Apple HealthKit
• Appium or automated App Testers
• Turbo-enabled hybrid apps for iOS and/or Android

Candidates will need to physically work from within the EU so they can access production systems
